See the Australia Post website for estimated postage and delivery times. All parcels require signature on delivery. If you request for your item to be left at your shipping address Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online provides FREE shipping on eligible orders. Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online will charge a standard national shipment fee on all orders that don't qualify for FREE shipping with the costs displayed at checkout.

Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online provides FREE shipping on eligible orders.

COVID-19 UPDATE: As advised by the New Zealand government, we are taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of our team and customers. We are still processing orders as usual and working closely with our delivery partners.

Unfortunately, our delivery partner is currently experiencing challenges with their distribution services. As a result, we are experiencing long delays with the fulfilment and shipping of our online orders. Please allow up to 30 days transit for shipments to be delivered into NZ from Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online are happy to refund items that are of incorrect size, fit or item/s that are defective/damaged as a result of a manufacturing issue. To return an item that is the wrong size or fit it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels still attached to the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Please note that only refunds will be enabled. No exchanges.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer. You can either pay by weight at the Post Office or create your return label online (Australian customers only).

Faulty Product

A faulty product is an item that has been received with damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase (6 Months). Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

To return a product that is faulty please contact our Customer Service team via online@santacruzskateboards.com.au. Please include your order number, any photos and relevant information regarding the issue.

Sale Items

You are entitled to a refund for sale items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If you refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Returns

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank, PayPal or AfterPay account for payment of a Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, then please contact the Santa Cruz Skateboards Australia Online Customer Service team at online@santacruzskateboards.com.au.
